Title of the operation: Digitization of operations with international markets
I.T.TIM d.o.o. wants to upgrade its business with the use of the latest information and communication technologies with the operation Digitalization of operations with international markets (short: DIGI IT-TIM), which is co-financed through the public tender “E-BUSINESS 2019-2022”. The aim of the public tender from the point of view of the operational program for the implementation of European cohesion policy is to improve the opportunities of SMEs to enter or expand their business in foreign markets and thus increase their international competitiveness by establishing or upgrading e-commerce. The purpose of the operation is to support entry into global value chains and new markets and increase international competitiveness by co-financing the eligible costs of setting up or upgrading e-commerce.
With the operation “DIGI IT-TIM” we will improve the company’s visibility and position in foreign markets and increase their competitiveness, reach and visibility of our services and business products and solutions. For the realization of the latter, we will carry out the following measures or activities within the operation:
• Electronic exchange between partners;
• Websites for foreign markets;
• Online stores;
• Product-sales video;
• Strengthening competencies – training.
For the quality and successful implementation of the written measures, we will cooperate with several external contractors: Solviks d.o.o., Rolan d.o.o., SPOT, Oglaševanje, Boštjan Lesjak s.p. and Micro Team d.o.o..
With the new website, online store and product-sales video, the operation “DIGI IT-TIM” will increase the company’s visibility, improve the positioning of the brand and products (services and solutions) of I.T.TIM d.o.o. at international markets, increase the reach of identified target groups and the competitiveness of the company.
The operation will thus enable the company to increase its reach in a foreign market, increase its ability to target key groups and customer segments, and at the same time optimize marketing and other operating costs associated with performing in foreign markets. With tools for measuring analytical data, the company will also gain a useful source of data that will facilitate the company’s strategic decisions in terms of marketing, marketing and production policies.
The main goals of the operation “DIGI IT-TIM” are: establishing and upgrading the digitalization of operations, expanding the company’s operations in foreign markets and increasing the international visibility and competitiveness of the company I.T.TIM d.o.o..
In addition to the mentioned goals, the operation will also enable the realization of the following goals:
• secure electronic exchange between partners;
• prepared a comprehensive study of the digital appearance of the company;
• responsive website design;
• developed analytics / monitoring of website traffic;
• website created in two foreign languages;
• prepared study of the target market in terms of logistics, legal framework;
• designed online store in two foreign languages;
• production of a product-sales video in two foreign languages for at least 2 minutes;
• implementation of training – strengthening of competencies.
