Where are our data processed?
Wherever you decide: at IT TEAM in our cloud, on your own infrastructure or hybrid, where sensitive data stay with you and are processed locally. The choice is written into the contract.
We have no IT team of our own. Is that a problem?
No. We set up, monitor and update the environment; you get one secured entry point, a contact person and a monthly report.
What happens if the AI service goes down?
The NOC detects the outage and acts within the agreed response times, at night and at weekends too. The test environment lets us check a fix before it goes to production.
Is this compliant with NIS2 and ISO 27001?
We build the environment by the rules of ISO 27001, under which we are certified, with access logging and reports you can present to the authority. If NIS2 applies to you, we help with compliance as well.
What does it cost?
It depends on the chosen set-up and the scope of monitoring; the price follows the assessment and we prepare the offer after the introductory call. Monitoring and maintenance are a monthly service.
