Connecting AI to your systems

AI brings the most value when it can see the data your company already has. We connect it to ERP, CRM, documents, e-mail and databases, so an employee's question is answered from your own data, with the source cited and the access logged. You replace nothing. The systems stay as they are; we only add the connections and one place where you can see everything. This is the most common first step of an AI roll-out and the basis for the assistants and agents that come later.

Review of processes and sources

Together with you we map the processes and data sources and decide where AI brings the most: which data, which questions, who asks them.

Connections to ERP, CRM and documents

We build the connections on the open MCP protocol, which our products Imprion and FabriqAI use as well; the AI gets access only to what it may see.

Precise permissions

Precise permissions

Each connection has its own role-based permissions: sales sees its customers, accounting its receivables. The AI never sees more than the user asking.

Answers with the source cited

Answers with the source cited

Every answer states which document or record it comes from, so you can check it with one click.

Logged access and oversight

Logged access and oversight

Every data access is logged: who asked, what the AI read and what it answered. The log is available to you and to the auditor.

One place for questions and overview: in the browser, in Teams or in the tool you already use.

How it works

  1. 01

Assessment and choice of use cases

We review the processes and data and pick the first use cases with the biggest effect and the lowest risk.

  2. 02

    Connections and permissions

We set up the connections to the systems, define role-based permissions and switch on access logging.

  3. 03

    Test on real questions

We measure quality on a set of 50 to 200 real questions from your work; it goes live only once it reaches the agreed accuracy.

  4. 04

    Roll-out and extension

We introduce it to a first group of users, follow the questions and add new sources and use cases.

Frequently asked questions

Do we have to replace our ERP or CRM?

No. We connect to the existing systems through their interfaces or databases. The systems stay as they are; we only add the connections.

Which systems can you connect?

Business systems (ERP, CRM), document systems and folders, e-mail, databases and web services with an interface. If a system has an API or a database, we can connect it; the exact list is settled during the assessment.

Who sees which data?

The same as today. Role-based permissions are carried over to the connections, so the AI never shows a user more than they would see in the source system. Every access is logged.

Do our data go to the language model provider?

Only the part needed to answer a specific question, and only if you choose so. Sensitive data can be processed locally, on your premises or at IT TEAM; the options are described on the infrastructure page.

What does it cost and how do we pay?

The scope and price follow the assessment; we prepare the offer after the introductory call. Payment is per completed step, with no advance.
